AMA College Enrolment Process

STEP 01

Enquiry and application

  • Applicant or agent downloads the AMA College info pack.
  • Applicant clicks [Apply Now] button and fills out typeform, making sure to attach the required documentation.
  • AMA College will check the documents and send an invoice of a non-refundable Application fee of $250,00.
  • Applicant pays the invoice.
STEP 02

Letter of offer and acceptance (LOA)

  • AMA College will issue a LOA.
  • Applicant needs to carefully read and agree with all the terms and conditions and send it back to AMA College.
  • Applicant pays the invoice.
STEP 03

Confirmation of enrolment (COE)

  • AMA College issues the COE and sends it to the Applicant/ agent.
  • Applicant has to arrange their OHSC and Visa.
STEP 04

Welcome letter

  • Applicant sends the Visa Grant Notice and General Temporary Entry (GTE) Applicant Assessment to AMA College.
  • AMA College sends the student a Welcome letter.
